We offer three different frame choices.

Our Y5 series pop up tent all use an industrial-strength powder-coated steel frame with a one-year warranty. The Y5 series commercial lite steel canopy tent is available in 10’x10′, 10’x15′, and 10’x20′ sizes.

Our Y6 commercial pro frame tent are made from anodized aluminum and are one of the toughest on the market — 33% stronger than other aluminum frames — yet are competitively priced with other aluminum frames. They use 45mm industrial-strength hex-shaped legs with nylon-resin composite fittings. Set-up and height adjustments are facilitated with simple pull-ring snap locks. The Y6 commercial pro aluminum frame is available in 10’x10′, 10’x15′, and 10’x20′ sizes.

Our Y7 heavy duty aluminum canopy uses a highly grade aluminum frame with a ten-year warranty. The Y7 heavy duty high quality canopies is available in 10’x10′, 10’x15′, 10’x20′, 13’x13′, 13’x20′, 13’x26′, 16’x16′ and 20’x20′sizes.

Our Y8 super heavy duty aluminum canopy are made from best aluminum with lifetime warranty. The Y8 super heavy duty aluminum canopy tent is available in 10'x10', 10'x15', 10'x20' sizes.

Both our aluminum and steel frames come fully assembled in one unit that can be set up quickly and easily without any tools. All use our patented joint fittings for strength, stability, and smooth operation for easy set-up and tear-down without any binding. Each model has adjustable.

Proper storage of any WestShade custom canopy tent will ensure a long and happy life for your product. Do not store or fully collapse your canopy when it is wet. Your custom canopy should be partially collapsed and allowed to dry prior to final storage to preserve the print and finish. Collapsed products should be stored in their storage bags in a well ventilated and covered location. With proper care, your WestShade custom pop up tent will last many years. Stored incorrectly, they could become easily damaged. Please do not hesitate to reach out with specific custom canopies storage questions.

Yes, they are waterproof. There are 3 levels of water resistance, waterproof, water resistant and water repellent.

The first level is water resistant, which is a fabric that resists water intrusion to a certain extent, but does not completely prevent water penetration. For a limited period of time or under water pressure, this type of water resistant fabric may begin to permeate.

The second level is water repellent, which refers to a material or product that is effective against water penetration but does not provide complete water repellency over extended periods of time or under high pressure conditions. Moisture-resistant products can remain relatively dry under mild humidity conditions.

The third level is waterproof, which means that the material or product is effective in preventing water penetration so that it is unaffected by water under normal conditions. This means that the waterproof material or product can remain relatively dry under light water pressure.

WestShade uses different fabrics for different printing methods.

WestShade has both dye sublimation and UV printing methods for outdoor custom event tent.

The dye sublimation custom tent made of 600D polyeser with a PVC coating and a density of 320gsm.

The uv printed custom tent are made of 900D Polyeser with a higher level of UV protection.

The first thing to know about how to assemble a canopy tent is that this is a fairly simple task. Essentially, the five steps of assembly listed below are the same for all tent sizes

Step1: Open frame 75% of full extension
Step2: Position the roof on frame
Step3: Fit the roof velcro to the legs
Step4: Fit the roof cap on top of the center pole
Step5: Open the frame completely
Step6: Lift all roof connectors to luck the button until hearing "click"
Step7: Attach roof straps by looping around frame & engaging clip
Step8: Press the button to extend all legs to desired height

All of our custom canopies are flame retardant, are fireproof canopy tent, and have passed the CPAI-84 flame retardant test.

Yes. Our pop-up canopy tent have optional side walls available for purchase in the same colors as our canopy roofs. Side walls can also be dye sublimation or uv printed. Please ask a sales associate for more information.

First thing is to establish what turnaround time means. Some individuals refer to turnaround time as when the product is received and some refer to it as when the product ships. At WestShade, Our turnaround time depends on the time your mockup is confirmed.
Our standard turnaround time on custom tents is 10-12 business days for quantities up to 24. Larger quantities may require additional time, which will vary based on the size of the order. Shipping times are included in the turnaround times, and vary based on location and shipping method.

Absolutely! All you have to do is send us over the specifications you desire to have on your vendor tents. Try sending the editable files with your company’s logo, information, and high-resolution images. You can choose any Pantone color, style, size, and design. You will receive your final mockup within 1 day (24 hrs.) and we provide it for free. Check it thoroughly and send us the guidelines about the changes you require. We will keep making edits until it seems perfect to you.
