This was our first purchase. Westshade came up 1st on a google search for custom canopies. The frame is SOLID, heavy ~50lbs and completely repairable with parts from their site. The canopy.... let me say this thick and printed exquisitely. Thick heavy and will last along time. Max and the team didnt just print what I sent. They gave me feedback based off what I wanted and explained that the image would not print correctly. They did not have to do that. The feedback was quick despite being 3hrs apart. Delivery was swift. Frame came in a week before canopy. Heavy duty stakes. Paracord guylines. Case with pocket for frame. And, the canopy comes in its own bag so you can store canopy inside and frame in a garage or storage shed. 10 ⭐️
