We do not recommend that customers use third party replacements parts on the westshade canopy tent. We cannot guarantee that third-party replacement parts will be perfectly compatible with the Westshade canopy tent and cannot be certain of the stability of the replacement tent. Because of this, we do not recommend using third party replacement parts.

Yes. Our tents are categorized into Y5,Y6 and Y7. Please check the mod of the pop up tent you buy before you buy the replacement parts to avoid purchasing mistakes. If you purchase something wrong, please contact our customer service team in time.

It depends on whether your tent is still within the warranty period. If your tent is still under warranty, simply contact customer service, provide pictures of the damaged parts, and we will send you the replacement parts free of charge. If the tent is out of warranty, you can view the damaged parts on this page and purchase the corresponding replacement parts. If you are unable to determine the damaged parts, please contact our customer service team, and our staff will create a payment link for you.
