INITIAL INTERACTION WITH A CUSTOMER
We start our commitment to our customers by the time we receive their inquiry through forms on our website. We usually ask for their logo first so we can create a mockup for them free of charge!
We do this in order to show our customers what their order will look like. Any colors or design is possible!
Our customers can request any changes from the sample we make and we will work in satisfying their desire and needs.
ORDERS COME IN SEPARATE PARTS
Our bestseller is our custom printing canopy tents. We usually ship the frame and accessories first while the customized parts are being printed.
We don’t just print the orders, once we have the printing layouts ready, we ensure and confirm with our customers to obtain final approvals first to make sure that everything looks good and ready for printing at the required standard they deserve, moreover giving them a chance to still make any adjustments or changes.
Once printed, we ship them asap. Production usually takes 3-5 business days to get printed. Depends on the situation, in addition we do accept urgent orders but it should not be less than a week.
WE ARE GROWING!
We are so happy to see how the company is growing! We now get around 10+ orders a day which is really amazing to see. Although this affected the production time (From 2-3 business days to 3-5 business days), we are proud to say that all orders are handled and we have 9/10 urgent orders delivered on time!
WHAT WE ARE WORKING ON
Most of our tools are still manual. For example, the tracking numbers still need to be updated by us manually and since there are multiple tracking numbers, there are times that an order was not updated on the system real time but rest assured that it is not forgotten!
Our management and developers team are working closely together to see how we can work on it and make things easier for our customers and agents!
