All our products are provided with default factory configurations and are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty applies to the performance of the product under proper use and maintenance.For damages resulting from the above situations, we recommend contacting your home or business insurance provider, as such losses may be covered by your policy.

To expedite the process, please be sure to provide photos of the damaged parts. If the product is already damaged upon receipt, do not assemble it, and ensure that it is returned in unassembled condition.
