What type of fabric is used on Westshade custom canopies?

Westshade uses different fabrics for different printing methods.
We offer both Dye Sublimation and Digital Printing options for the custom printed canopy tent.
The dye sublimation custom tent is made of 600D Polyester with PU coating and a density of 288GSM.
The digital printing custom tent is made of 425GSM PVC Fabric with coating.

Our standard custom canopy package is a complete solution that includes everything you need to set up for your event. You can choose from five different sidewall styles to fit your booth setup. Every package also comes with a free protective carrying bag plus stakes and ropes for secure anchoring. To enhance your branding, you can add custom flags, table covers, or retractable banners for an even greater visual impact.

How can I customize my tent?

Customize your canopy tent in 3 easy steps at Westshade:
1.Submit Your Request: Fill out our inquiry form, and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
2.Upload Your Design and Review: Send us your logo or artwork along with your requirements. Our Westshade design team will create a draft for your approval. You can accept the draft or request revisions until it meets your expectations.
3.Approve and Pay: Once the design is approved, complete your payment, and we’ll start producing your custom canopy. The frame will be shipped after the payment, and your printed product will be shipped as soon as production is complete.

What customization options are available for my printed tent?

The custom tent usually takes 5–7 business days once your design is approved. Shipping time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-6 business daysafter dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your tent ships.
